ORDERING & SHIPPING
Kindly take some time out to read our terms and conditions (online purchases) to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

ORDERING

To make a purchase, simply add item to your shopping bag. Do ensure that the correct size/ color are selected as no changes will be allowed upon check out.

You will be able to see on the top right hand side that the item has been added to your bag.

When you have completed browsing the site and ready to check out, click on "CHECKOUT"

You will be brought to the payment page as below:

Fill in your billing details, ensuring that all fills are entered correctly.

If you have a discount code, enter your code under the "Discount Code" component found on the same page.
PAYMENT

We only accept Internet Banking and ATM transfers.

Please select Internet Banking option for all orders and proceed to make payment via bank transfer to the designated account number and drop us an email at 4lightelectric@gmail.com with the following information after the bank transfer to secure your order.
IBanking Payments: We accept payment through both DBS and interbank transfers from other banks. We will require submission of your ibank nickname and other payment details for payment to be verified. You will be prompted upon successful checking out of you shopping cart.
ATM Transfer Payments: A snapshot of your receipt is required. -
For payments made via iBanking or ATM bank transfer, payments will be verified within 12 hours after submission of payment. However, please note that interbank transfers take 3 working days to reflect in our account and hence interbank transfer payments will only be verified after 3 working days.

Customers will have their order(s) reserved for 4 hours upon receiving an invoice. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within the time frame.

Please note that adding item(s) into your cart does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

You will receive an email notification in your email inbox once you have completed your payment with payment verified. Thereafter, you will receive a email when the order has been shipped or ready for self collection.

Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed. Thread Theory will not be responsible in the event that address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect.

Please kindly note that all items purchased from our site are strictly non-refundable.

SELF COLLECTION

Items will only be available for self collection 3 days after payment has been verified.

Self collection is only available during business hours, Monday through to Saturday, excluding local public holidays (Singapore).

For self collections, do kindly check the item before leaving the office. Please ensure that everything is good, as no exchange will be allowed once the item(s) left our office.

DELIVERY/ SHIPPING

Flat rate of $15 for one time delivery charge

Items will be delivered within 5 business day from the day of payment.

EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY

We do not provide cash refunds for returns. Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (Wrapped in boxes and unused). Returns which do not fulfill this criterion will be duly declined.

Defective/ Faulty Item(s) received:
Defective or faulty items delivered should be exchanged within 1 week upon receiving the item. Failing to do so will result in all exchanges request dully rejected. No refunds will be made for such cases unless the item requested is out of stock.

Incorrect Item(s) received:
We apologize for sending you an incorrect item. All correct items will be delivered within 7 days from the day the item is received by the customers.

Slight Colour Mismatch:
We always strive to depict each item's true colour to the best of our ability. However, colours may still deviate slightly on different screens as different technological devices have varying screen colour resolutions. Such cases will not be considered as a defect.
